Friends & The City

Today was a great day!  My cousin Jason is in New York (we planned the trips to NY at the same time and didn't realize it) and his friend from San Diego Marla and her two beautiful girls are in town also.  I've heard about Marla forever and I have been itching to meet her for 6 years and today I finally got a chance.  She is even prettier in person than in her pictures.  Anyway it worked out that a bunch of us were able to meet at the Rocking Horse in Chelsea for brunch.  The guest list today goes Jefferey, Michael, Rick, Jason, Marla, Her 2 Girls, Jefferey's friend Jason & Myself.  Of course I had a couple of BloodyMarys (I'll Drink To That).  I was pleased with the diversity at the table. Different ethnic backgrounds and ages from different areas all laughing, learning & sharing.  That's why I love New York, the cross section can only happen here.  After lunch we took the obligatory group pic and then Jason I headed downtown to my favorite place TIMES SQUARE.  Didn't buy anything but a Sean John wallet and a wicked looking slice of chocolate mousse cake.  The best part was Jason and I getting to hang out in Times Square. So much to see, so much to observe and so many horribly dressed people to rip apart! After I finish this entry I'll shower and go down for a disco nap.  Jefferey has tickets to a party that promises to be wildly insane.  My big dilemma tonight will be the deciding on the Superman or Batman ensemble.  Pictures from tonight will tell what I decided.
