Happy New Year

It's a new year, 2008.  The number seems odd to me seeing and saying it.  When I think about the fact that I was born in 1972 and it's now 2008 it's not a long time but a lot has happened.  2007 was a year of UP'S & DOWN'S for me (and for quite a few people close to me).  I met a few great people, personally and professionally and I am far better off now that I was at the start of 2007.  I do like that fact that I started the 2008 off in the same place I started 2007 NEW YORK CITY.  I owe that to my good friend Jefferey.  I got here last Friday and have had a blast every day that I've been here.  Last year I met Jefferey's friends Iris and Romaine and this year I met Michael.  I don't like too many people but Michael is one of those people that you are immediately drawn to.  Michael is that puppy that you just adore.  He has a heavy accent that adds to his appeal but most importantly he can drive Jefferey up the wall and I love it.  Normally that's my job but someone has to do it when I'm not in town.

Last night was the best New Years EVER.  It was the first New Years that I've only had 1 glass of Champagne (normally it's at least a bottle) the rest were of course RED BULL and VODKA, still representing for my girl Amy, (which explains why I was unable to get to sleep till 6 AM).  After Michaels bar it was off to Jeremy's bar XES where I proceeded to have an even better time from what I was told. From what I was told I was very friendly, aggressive, and affectionate, I have no doubt I was.  No hangover just a slight tummy ache and still a little wired from all the Red Bull.  Jason and I were supposed to hang out after the ball drop but NAWT! We both partied like it was 1999 and there was no way either of us would have made to the third desitination.  I did want us to party together but no worries theres always New Years 2009!! YEAH BABY!!!
