I Live In Virginia But My Home Is ......

As I sit here looking at the pictures from my New York trip something Rick said to me now makes sense "you act different in New York than you do at home".  At first I brushed it off as BS but now I see what he means.  I feel more at home in New York than I do at home, I feel happier there than I do here and it's not because of partying it's options (endless), the subway, (I MISS RIDING THE SUBWAY and because at any given time you can have 5 different races of people and hear four conversations in four different languages), restaurants (whatever you want is usually a couple of blocks away).  I used to think that Sex & The City was just a T.V show but now I realize the 5th character was very real and arguably the most important, New York.  New York isn't for everyone there are downsides like everything in life but the possibilities are endless (if you're prepared to do whats necessary) are endless.  I haven't felt the same since I got back home and don't think I'll be the same again.  I know one thing, time for action..............
