What's The Big Deal?

Some people love to telll all their business and everyone elses. So why do they get upset when someone else spills the beans? Do they hate being beat to the finish line or are they not as open as they like to appear? If they say "don't tell me something if you don't want it repeated" then shouldn't it be ok to put them out there too?

Hmm.. interesting question. I guess the difference would be intent. Does your friend intentionally repeat things, especially bad things, about you? Or, might it be more of a slip of the tongue.

And why would you want to spill this person's 'beans?' Why not let him do it on his own, especially if you know he'll tell it himself anyway. Are you doing it out of spite? To teach a lesson?

Like I said, I guess it's all in the intent...

If it's already been discussed publicly whats wrong with ANYONE else repeating it?  Bad things is a interesting word.  Shocking, funny, jolting, stunning etc sure, but bad, hmmm?  If they're bad why would someone 1) do them & 2) tell them openly and in a forum that could possibly be viral?  Is there guilt or shame somewhere?
