I normally wouldn't think about posting a conversation between myself and someone else (and I asked the person if it was ok to post this, I'm all about mutual consent, respect and privacy) but time it was a no brainer. Earlier today a friend of mine and I were talking and I complimented him on how proud I was that he is now very "proactive" and acting on his goals.
