Why Havent You Been Blogging?

Last night as I am heading out of the apartment to go to the Pathmark (www.pathmark.com) at 9:30 at night to get a few things to make dinner (I know I'm such a hypocrite, dinner that late is such fat behavior.  I had a headache most of the day and didn't feel like cooking) and my roommate says to me  "so why haven't you been blogging", ok thats not exactly what he said, he said "what have you been doing to increase your blog traffic" well leave it to Jefferey to set me off like nobody else can.  If it's one thing we've mastered is pushing each others buttons, I'll admit I am the instigator 90% of the time but when he finds one its nuclear.  Now this set me off for 2 reasons 1) I watched him sit on the couch all day reading books and articles on how update and make his blog look better 2) BECAUSE I Haven't BEEN ABLE TO WRITE SHIT FOR WEEKS!  And I calmly tell him that I have a case of writers block and I'm having a hard time writing for school let alone my blog, well Mr. Jefferey proceeds to say in that smug teachers pet I know the answer Mama tone "you have lots to blog about, life In New York, how school is going, new friends, where you've been, things you've seen, things you've done".  Now under normal circumstances those suggestions would have been welcome and warranted a thank you, but not where Jefferey's concerned.  Those weren't suggestions those were what HE would be blogging about because of course it only makes sense.  I snap back "NO SHIT DONT YOU THINK I KNOW THIS, I CANT! I AM BLOCKED, I'm STRUGGLING TO WRITE MY SCHOOL Assignment's NOW". I get that out, start to fell better and say "now I know how Carrie Bradshaw -Sex and The City- felt when she got writes block" and my good friend responds very calmly with a smile "she was thin".  I got my keys and left, no response necessary ......

Hope you're happy Jeff, I had something to blog about.
