I was insulted tonite, by my roommate, so insulted I'm still a little shocked.  I love soup and I love this time of year because soup goes on sale.  I also love grilled cheese sandwiches, especially sandwiches made with Havarti Cheese, Havarti is lactose free cheese (taste good too).  So tonight I prepared grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, Progresso Soup was on sale at  Pathmark for 1.33, cant beat that.  Here comes the insult, I was done eating, full but not stuffed while Jeff was still eating, he looks at me and says "Did you make this soup from spaghetti sauce because it's awfully thin?"  He may as well stood up and slapped me in the face.  If there is one thing that I know that I can do and do well is cook and as a rule I make things from scratch, tomato soup being one!  Making tomato soup from spaghetti sauce NEVER would (or has) occur to me, but I realized someone who cant cook would take that shortcut.  So, I forgive my roommate for insulting me because I realized, his issue is with Progresso's Tomato Basil Soup, not my cooking skills!
