I have been a ball of emotions the past few days over the loss of a friend and great human being, John J.Gorman.  John died Friday September 11, 2009.  I hadn't seen John in a few years but when he friended me on Facebook I was so happy because he was one of those people that when they come back in your life you ask yourself "why did we loose touch?"  John was one of the kindest people you'd ever meet and that person you hear EVERYONE he met loved him. I loved his post he commented on mine and we chatted from time to time. John was a hairdresser and loved to comment or message me about my Dominican Salon post. John was so excited the day he did a Dominican blowout.  I told him if it came out right I'd let him do mine. I wont get that chance but I am so glad that we got the chance to connect again.

The group "John Gormans Chorus of Friends" was created by a mutual friend: Christopher Johnston, who knew John since high school.  If you knew John, have something to share and are a member of Facebook please feel free to do so.  You can also find details about Johns memorial service on his Facebook page. John only had a hint of how much and how many people loved him.  John, were all better off having known you and the world is a little dimmer without you.
